What We Do

About 97 to 99 percent of people in sub-Saharan Africa do not have access to formal financing that will let them start building or improving a home. Our goal is to create linkages between the affordable housing financier/investor and the potential end-users in Africa. We achieve this through regular product/country/regional profiling of solutions and stakeholders, market or user surveys that provide insight for financiers, and eligibility education.
